My Background Summary:

I have resided in the greater MetroWest/Worcester area since 1972 and have been an active Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 1984.  I am very familiar with the local housing value and the local places of interest.  I am fully licensed, bonded and certified member of the Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network which allows me to access, list and sell any property in the MLS computerized database.  I have been a member of the Worcester Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors for 16 years and I have maintained my status by complying with mandatory continuing education classes held annually.  I am well thought of in the real estate community and I have never had to appear before any arbitration or disciplinary boards.  I am also a Notary Public.    

I was formerly a top producer with two Century 21 offices as well as a local RE/MAX office, and I am well qualified to represent my clients as either a Designated Seller's Agent or a Designated Buyer's Agent.
